Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. California sales tax is added for store pickup and for orders shipped to California addresses.

Reservations

Reserving a phone is free. We hold it for 24 hours, then it goes back on sale. You pay when you pick it up.

Online payments

When you pay online, the phone is set aside while you check out. Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through. If a phone sells in the store at the same moment, we’ll contact you and give you a full refund.

Pickup and shipping

For pickup, bring your order number and a photo ID. Shipped orders go to the address you enter at checkout, within the US only. Please check the address carefully.

Phone condition and carrier locks

Each listing shows the condition, battery health and the carriers the phone works with. Carrier-locked phones only work on the carriers listed.
