Warranty & returns
Used phones and tablets
Some of the phones we sell come with a warranty. If a phone has one, its page shows how many days it lasts, counted from the day you pick it up or it’s delivered. Phones without a warranty on their page are sold as is.
If a phone with a warranty has a hardware problem we didn’t tell you about, bring it back with your receipt or order number. We’ll repair it, swap it for a similar phone, or refund you.
- Covered: defects in the phone’s hardware, such as a battery, speaker, camera or charging port that stops working.
- Not covered: drops, cracks, water damage, or problems caused by repairs done somewhere else.
- Carrier locks: please check the network on the listing before you buy. Carrier-locked phones only work with the carriers listed.
Repairs
iPhone and Samsung repairs come with a 30-day warranty, and iPad repairs come with a 60-day warranty, on the part we installed.
- Covered: touch problems and screen glitches caused by the part.
- Not covered: any new physical damage, big or small, including cracks and dents.
- Green lines: green or colored lines on a replacement screen are usually caused by pressure or a drop. Our screen suppliers don’t cover green lines, so we can’t either.
